Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-3 weeks. During product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to take responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to Canada Post, it is under the carrier’s responsibility. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries after shipment. If you experience an issue, we will gladly assist you in opening a claim with Canada Post whenever possible.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review your claim and work with you to resolve the issue.
